How do I return an item?
If you received your purchase and it is not as you desired, please contact us within 3 days. You can then mail the purchase back for a refund. We will not cover return shipping charges, and refunds will not be issued until we receive the return. The item must be in its packaging, unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
Where do the clothes come from?
We purchase our current clothing from asian fashion boutiques located in China, Korea and Japan. All garments are name brand, and made of the highest quality materials and workmanship.
Does Mode-5 have any discounts?
We do put some of our season closeout items on sale. We strive to maintain the lowest prices we can throughout the year but do offer some discounts on our Ebay auctions.
